• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, resolving platform issues.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements and processes.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and notifications to improve efficiency.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  

• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality releases to ensure a smooth transition.
• Regularly review and implement best practices for ServiceNow administration. User Management:
• Manage user access and roles within the ServiceNow instance, ensuring appropriate permissions and security controls.
