Job Description

As a Technical Consultant working in the role of QA for a ServiceNow implementation project, you will be responsible for leading conversations with clients, writing test cases, reviewing test results, tracking and managing QA defects and resolution, creating leadership reporting, and coordinating testing work across developers and client staff. Your role will require you to be highly motivated and experienced in designing and developing ATF test cases in ServiceNow while being well-versed with the capability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead conversations with the client - Write test cases - Review test results - Track and manage QA defects and resolution - Create leadership reporting - Coordinate testing work across developers and client staff Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as a QA - Experience in developing ATFs in ServiceNow - Experience with QA for various system platforms - Strong written comprehension and verbal skills Please note that the work shift for this position is from 2-11 pm in a hybrid work mode. It is essential that you have a solid background in ServiceNow testing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Your expertise in writing test cases and experience in QA for different system platforms will be crucial for success in this role.,
