Job Description

Job Description: You will be playing a key role as a Technical Consultant in a ServiceNow implementation project, where your primary responsibility will be to lead the QA efforts. With 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, you are expected to be a senior-level testing resource who can effectively engage with clients, create and execute test cases, review test results, manage QA defects, generate leadership reports, and coordinate testing activities among developers and client teams. Your expertise in designing and developing ATF test cases in ServiceNow will be crucial for the success of the project. This role demands a highly motivated individual with proven experience in QA, particularly in ServiceNow testing. You should possess strong communication skills to facilitate client interactions and collaborate with various stakeholders. Your proficiency in writing test cases, tracking and resolving defects, and overseeing testing workflows will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the project delivery. As a Technical Consultant, you must have a solid background in developing ATFs in ServiceNow and a comprehensive understanding of QA processes across different system platforms. Your ability to comprehend complex requirements, write detailed test cases, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally will be instrumental in driving the testing activities forward. If you have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant QA experience, with a focus on ServiceNow testing, and are adept at developing ATFs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and contribute to the success of a high-impact project.
