Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer with proven expertise in the ServiceNow Platform to join one of our esteemed MNC clients. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and provide critical support on a global enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 technical support for the ServiceNow platform , ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Analyze system issues using log files , monitoring tools, and standard debugging practices. Troubleshoot and support various modules like Incident Management, Service Catalog, SLA Management, Workflows, Approvals, Customer Service Management , and more. Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth defect management, knowledge base maintenance , and escalation handling. Debug and resolve issues in JavaScript code and other client/server scripts used in ServiceNow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and performance. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting the ServiceNow platform in a technical role. Strong experience troubleshooting web applications and JavaScript . Proficiency in analyzing application logs , identifying root causes, and applying fixes. Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with incident, problem, and change management . Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact with global clients and internal teams effectively. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and resolve complex issues with a creative problem-solving approach . Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CIS) are a plus. Experience with ServiceNow upgrade/patch cycles . Familiarity with integration protocols (REST, SOAP) is a bonus. Why Join Us?
