Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with existing clients to manage their SN instances and manage the platform team across multiple accounts

Plan and manage the existing platform team to deliver excellent platform services to all our clients including but not restricted to incidents, requests, stories, upgrades, clones etc.

Understand issues, requests, acceptance criteria to ensure changes are developed without flaws.

Peer review team work to ensure adherence to SN best practices (code/no code).
