Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Customer Engagement

  • Act as a primary customer-facing consultant during discovery, design, and delivery phases.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, clarification sessions, and

    show & tell / playback sessions

    with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable ServiceNow requirements and solution designs.
  • Provide confident guidance on ServiceNow best practice, platform capability, and design trade-offs.

Requirement Triage & Solution Design

  • Triage incoming requirements and assess feasibility, effort, and alignment with platform standards.
  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across workflows, data model, integrations, and user experience.
  • Produce clear functional and technical artefacts to support build and testing activities.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Agiro delivery standards.

Delivery Enablement & Team Support

  • Act as the

    first line of support for the development team

    , answering design and functional questions.
  • Proactively identify and unblock delivery blockers before they impact timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure intent is understood and executed correctly.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritisation activities.

Quality & Outcomes

  • Validate built solutions against requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Support UAT preparation, defect triage, and resolution.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and are production-ready.

Required Experience & Skills

Essential

  • Hands-on

    ServiceNow implementation

    experience in a consulting or delivery role

    (mandatory).

  • Proven

    ServiceNow implementation experience

    in a consulting or delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and common modules (ITSM minimum; others a plus).
  • Experience operating across

    consultant, BA, and technical delivery coordination

    responsibilities.
  • Ability to confidently triage requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills, including running workshops and playback sessions.
  • Experience working closely with development teams and supporting technical delivery.

Desirable

  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. CSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, SecOps).
  • ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience working in distributed or offshore delivery models.

  • Strong ability to triage business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role, including running workshops and show & tell sessions.
  • Experience supporting development teams by clarifying requirements and unblocking delivery issues.
  • Able to work across functional, technical, and delivery coordination responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with enterprise stakeholders.
