Job Description

ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, PPM, and system integrations. This role involves designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT service delivery, project portfolio management, and cross-platform integrations. Key Responsibilities ITSM Development: Configure and customize modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. PPM Implementation: Develop and maintain PPM modules including Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Time Tracking. Integration Engineering: Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and other APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Jira, Slack, Azure AD). Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor across ITSM and PPM processes. Platform Maintenance: Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation and provide end-user support. Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and PPM modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes). Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics. Exposure to ITOM, CMDB, and Event Management. Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, PPM), Agile/Scrum. Experience with tools like Jira, Slack, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise platforms.
