This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Lead or Architect, located in Gurgaon. We are looking for candidates with max 30days notice period.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the design, development, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management suite, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. This role requires the ability to architect complex, scalable solutions and mentor less-senior developers.
Technical skills: Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and other ServiceNow development tools.
Application Developer (CAD) is also highly desirable.
Platform knowledge: Strong understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and their integration with other ServiceNow modules.
Infrastructure knowledge: Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and container technologies.
