ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITIL Frameworks

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, with a focus on HAM, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices to configure and customize the platform to meet specific client needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of robust and accurate CMDB solutions, ensuring data integrity and relationships.
• Implement and manage Hardware Asset Management processes within ServiceNow, including asset tracking, procurement, and disposal.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as required.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders and Accenture team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support documentation as needed.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within defined Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Mandatory: Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification obtained before 2022.
• Strong implementation experience in at least two of the following ServiceNow modules: Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, including scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team Education :
• Bachelor of Science (BSc).
• Must be available for video interviews via Google Meet Skills & Experience :
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in HAM and/or CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
