With a passion for innovation and quality service, we are expanding our business development team to scale our outreach and client engagement. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners, and a proven track record of generating business in the staffing space. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients (Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs). Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups. Understand client requirements and effectively coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure delivery. Handle end-to-end business development cycle — lead generation, client onboarding, negotiations, and closures. Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Attend client calls, submit proposals, and conduct presentations as needed. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and contribute to strategic planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in US Staffing business development. Existing relationships with direct clients or vendors in the US staffing market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, contract types (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance. Willingness to work in the night shift (aligned with US time zones).
