Montefiore is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations using the ServiceNow platform. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on CMDB maturity, integration, data quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead CMDB roadmap, governance, and best practices in alignment with ITIL Manage CI lifecycle across enterprise infrastructure Maintain CMDB in alignment with CSDM framework Oversee Discovery patterns, MID server health, and data integrations (e., AWS, SCCM, JAMF, vCenter) Ensure Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance of CI data Collaborate across ITSM and ITOM teams to support Change, Incident, and Asset processes Build and maintain dashboards, health checks, and audit reporting for executive stakeholders Tech & Process Expertise Required 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM experience Proven background with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IRE Experience with 3rd-party integrations (AWS Cloud Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, etc.) CMDB governance, lifecycle design, and cross-functional leadership ITIL v3/v4 knowledge, CI lifecycle management, relationship modeling Important Notes Only candidates with CSA and Discovery + Service Mapping certifications will be considered Preference given to candidates with 11+ years of total IT experience Strong CMDB & ServiceNow depth required not generalist or light exposure profiles If youre a certified ServiceNow CMDB leader ready to drive innovation and governance at scale, apply now or message me for details.
