Job Description

Looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSM professional to join our team at KG Invicta Services (KGiS). The ideal candidate will have experience in the Recruitment / Staffing industry and possess skills in ServiceNow FSM.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow FSM implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow FSM tools and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSM.
Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ServiceNow FSM principles and practices.
Experience working with ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
