About The Opportunity

We are a leading IT services and enterprise transformation firm specializing in digital process automation and service management solutions. Our teams partner with global clients to deliver scalable ServiceNow implementations that drive operational excellence, agility, and measurable business impact. We leverage best practices across ITSM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery to innovate and automate critical workflows. This on-site role is based in India and offers deep exposure to end-to-end ServiceNow development.Role & Responsibilities

Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) to meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain client- and server-side scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for seamless process automation.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, LDAP/SAML, and mid-server orchestrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and perform demos.
Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and support deployment activities, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, CSM, SOM, and ITOM modules.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Service Portal customization.
Experience building and managing workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST/SOAP web services and LDAP/SAML authentication.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or CMDB integrations.
Familiarity with update sets, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to mid-server setup, discovery, and orchestration for ITOM tasks.
