Job Summary:

ServiceNow ITSM professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.)

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts (Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, etc.)

• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Perform platform upgrades and module implementations as per business needs.

• Ensure platform performance, compliance, and data quality.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide support for ServiceNow incidents and service requests.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides.

• Conduct unit testing and support UAT for new enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

• Experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

• Experience with ServiceNow administration: Roles, ACLs, Notifications, UI Policies, etc
