Job Description

JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH GLOBAL IT COMPANY - CHENNAI / HYDERABAD / BANGALORE

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM applications on ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow tools.
Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data integrity, and user access management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.

Job Requirements :

5-10 years of experience in developing ITSM applications on ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of Application Engine (APX) development principles and workflows.
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy for automating tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
