Job Description

Artwork & Innovation Project Leadership Lead a team of project managers handling packaging, R&D, artwork, and market tracking. Coordinate across innovation, asset management, and data orchestration. Project Execution Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns and packaging rollouts. Track performance, conduct post-launch reviews, and improve processes. Client Management Act as the single point of contact for client relationships. Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met. Build deep partnerships and handle escalations. Team Development Mentor and coach teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability. Operational Excellence Manage team capacity, timelines, and budgets. Optimize day-to-day operations. Reporting & Strategy Monitor project metrics, report outcomes, and recommend improvements. Deliver transformation ideas for business growth and efficiency. Required Skills & Competencies Functional Skills Strong knowledge of CPG product and packaging innovation Project governance and delivery excellence Reporting and budget management Communication and relationship building Soft Skills Leadership, stakeholder management Analytical thinking, problem solving Creative thinking, influencing High-pressure tolerance and adaptability
