About the Role:

Senior ServiceNow Developers

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize solutions within the
ServiceNow ITSM
platform.
Work on
UI Builder
and
Service Portal
configurations and designs.
Build reusable components and custom applications using
JavaScript, Glide API
, and Flow Designer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Work with
CSM
module, if applicable, to enhance customer service processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Ensure adherence to coding and development best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in
ServiceNow ITSM module
(Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
Hands-on expertise with
UI Builder
and modern UI framework on the Now Platform.
Excellent
scripting knowledge
: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.
Experience with
Flow Designer
and workflow automation.
REST/SOAP integrations using Scripted APIs or IntegrationHub.

Good to Have:

Experience with
CSM module
(preferred, not mandatory).
Knowledge of
Custom Scoped Applications
.
Familiarity with CMDB, ACLs, and Security Model.
ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CAD.
