ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be required to work on IT Service Management (ITSM) using ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering ServiceNow, particularly on the ITSM instance - Understanding customer requirements and addressing their requests - Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management - Managing workflows of medium to complex nature - Handling Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers - Utilizing scripting language like JavaScript - Working with relational databases and having a good understanding of Database Technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL - Using ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript as well as the ServiceNow APIs - Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements Qualifications required for this role: - ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator - Desired Certifications: - ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 Foundation - ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) - Micro-certifications: - Automated Test Framework - Flow Designer - Integration Hub - Virtual Agent Please note that this is a full-time position located in Noida, Chennai, Pune, or Bangalore. The work mode is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office. You should have at least 6 years of experience in this field and be comfortable with shift timings overlapping with the US time zone.,
