ServiceNow Developer

As a member of the global team at the company, you will be primarily involved in HR Projects, Enhancements & Support, specifically focusing on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and other HR applications. Your role will entail understanding the business processes related to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules, addressing raised business requirements, and developing software on the ServiceNow platform according to Experian standards. It will also be your responsibility to create various documentation such as configuration guides, design documents, and test scripts, while collaborating with Global Change Management and ServiceNow Core platform teams for implementing changes in UAT and Production systems. Data security maintenance and supporting a single global instance that caters to multiple countries will be integral parts of your day-to-day tasks. Furthermore, you will operate in a multi-lingual and culturally diverse setting, interacting with peers, customers, and vendors to resolve product issues and generate support requests. Your role will also involve accommodating flexible working arrangements and strictly adhering to Experian standards and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business processes associated with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules - Review and provide solutions for raised business requirements - Develop software on the ServiceNow platform following Experian standards - Prepare documentation including configuration guides, design documents, and test scripts - Collaborate with Global Change Management and ServiceNow Core platform teams for introducing changes in UAT and Production systems - Maintain data security in a highly auditable environment - Work on a single global instance supporting multiple countries - Collaborate with peers, customers, and vendors to address product issues and create support requests - Follow flexible working arrangements and adhere to Experian standards and tools Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer capacity within an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Glide, Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XLM, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and AngularJS - Experience in ServiceNow implementation in HR Service Delivery modules - ServiceNow System Administration certification - Knowledge of configuring MID Servers - Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments, integrating 3rd party tools, and portal development - Abilities to design optimized customer experiences and work in CI/CD environments - Experience in collaborating effectively with global teams in a follow-the-sun model - Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field preferred - Prior experience in consulting or technology business advantageous - Exposure to Oracle database & PL/SQL scripting, HR Cloud Applications, REST APIs, and working with business users independently beneficial - Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a self-motivated approach essential,
