ServiceNow Delivery Manager

My client, a global consultancy firm is now building up a technical center with massive hiring on ServiceNow talents. We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead ServiceNow consulting and implementation projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and client engagement skills to deliver innovative solutions that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery: Oversee design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Manage teams and projects: Delegate tasks effectively, coach team members, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Strategic problem-solving: Apply critical thinking to structure complex business challenges and deliver actionable solutions.
• Stakeholder engagement: Communicate clearly and influence decision-making through structured, client-focused interactions.
• Quality assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with standards.
• Drive innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage tools to optimize outcomes.
• Uphold ethical standards: Maintain integrity and professionalism in all engagements.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow platform customization, workflow administration, reporting, scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components: Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and workflows.
• Ability to architect technical implementations, prioritize development efforts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
• Holding ServiceNow certification is a must: Certified Administrator Certified Application Developer/ Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HR/GRC/VR/ITOM/SecOps)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.
• AngularJS or other scripting languages.
• Exposure to Active Directory and Azure Web Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications (BE/BTech, MCA).
