IT QA Engineer / Tester - Pega

As a Pega Tester / Pega IT QA Engineer at our client, a leading global consulting firm, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact digital transformation projects across banking, insurance, and healthcare. Your responsibilities will include: - Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions - Serve as a guardian of Pega best practices, avoiding unnecessary customization and scope creep - Collaborate with intelligent automation teams (AI, RPA, data) to design end-to-end enterprise solutions - Develop automated test scripts using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit, etc. - Collaborate with developers and architects to analyse and resolve defects - Ensure testing aligns with Pega guardrails and performance standards - Participate in Agile ceremonies, integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines - Ensure Pega best practices & OOTB alignment - Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in IT or related fields - Experience deploying Pega applications in Agile environments - Experience in Pega application design, Agile delivery, and deployments - Experience with test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit) - Working knowledge of SQL and API testing - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management - PCBA or PCSBA certification highly preferred - Industry experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare preferred This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade digital transformation projects, exposure to leading global clients across banking, insurance & healthcare, and be part of a collaborative, innovative, and technology-driven consulting culture.
