Pega Business Analyst

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable Pega solutions, drive process improvements, and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into Pega-based functional designs.
• Lead process modelling, use cases, blueprints, and functional documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs and ensure alignment with Pega best practices.
• Define business rules, workflows, and case lifecycle stages.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Pega development teams.
• Drive process optimization using Pega’s case management and automation capabilities.
• Support testing: design test cases, perform UAT/regression, and build automation scripts (PTAK/Selenium).
• Ensure solutions follow Pega guardrails, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with enterprise-level Pega applications (case design, data modeling, business rules).
• Background in

  banking, insurance, or healthcare

  preferred (e.g., KYC, fraud, claims, underwriting, appeals).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile delivery experience & exposure to Pega application deployment.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman).
• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.

Preferred Certifications

• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA)

• Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (PCSBA)
