Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Gurgaon - Bilaspur, Haryana (Near Manesar)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 2-10 years (Commercial vehicle servicing only)

Position Overview

The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining

commercial vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.) to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. The role

demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and adherence to safety and quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-field routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs

on commercial vehicles/heavy duty trucks.

Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brake, and HVAC issues

using diagnostic tools.

Carry out repairs such as clutch overhauls, brake replacement, electrical rewiring,

and engine tuning.

Use OEM service manuals and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure proper documentation of job cards, service records, and parts usage.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI/Diploma in Automobile (or equivalent).

2–10 years of experience in commercial vehicle servicing/maintenance.

Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and diagnostics.

Experience with OEM-authorized workshops or fleet maintenance setups.
