Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Promoter to join our team at OkayGo. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers, offer them sample products, and capture their details in the client's app.

Roles and Responsibility

Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Offer sample products to customers and ensure they are satisfied with the product quality.

Capture customer details, including name and age, in the client's app accurately.

Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and loyalty.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in marketing or sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Familiarity with the client's app and software is essential for capturing customer details accurately.

A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred, although other qualifications may be considered.
