Job Description:- Adishwar Infra is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) or related construction materials and be passionate about building client relationships in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads for RMC and construction materials in the assigned territory. Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies to promote products. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 6 months of field sales experience in RMC or construction material sales (mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Knowledge of local construction market and key clients in Ahmedabad preferred. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Education:- Graduate or Diploma in Civil / Marketing / Any discipline. Salary:- ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Allowances
