Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Manage petty cash and prepare cash flow statements. Support management in budget preparation and cost control analysis. Maintain vendor and client ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP or similar). Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction or infrastructure sector). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws. Good communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
