📝 Job Description: Adishwar Infra is looking for a Purchase Assistant who can support our procurement activities and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and site teams.The candidate must have basic experience in purchase and strong follow-up skills. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Assist the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement operations. Prepare purchase orders and collect quotations from vendors. Negotiate basic prices and check material availability. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials. Maintain and update purchase-related documents and records. Coordinate with the site team for material requirements and stock updates. Assist in preparing comparison sheets and basic cost analysis. Ensure bills, challans, and invoices are recorded properly. Follow up with the accounts team for vendor payments. 📌 Skills Required: Basic knowledge of purchase/purchasing cycle. Good communication and vendor management skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to work under timelines and manage follow-ups. Should be organized and good with documentation. 📌 Qualification: Minimum Graduate or Diploma. Experience: 6 months minimum (Construction/RMC field preferred but not mandatory).
