Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – RMC Division Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC)Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our RMC Division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s ready-mix concrete products within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RMC market. Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies to generate sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales, customer feedback, and market activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in RMC sales, construction materials, or building products industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred: Candidates having prior experience in RMC / cement / construction material sales will be preferred. Knowledge of local market and customer base in Ahmedabad or nearby areas. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
