Senior Site Engineer

Position Overview:- Arishtanemi Nexus is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations for our real estate project at Paldi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution as per quality, safety, and timeline standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage entire site execution activities on a daily basis. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and workers. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports. Handle material planning, quantity verification, and reconciliation. Ensure proper site safety practices and compliance with company standards. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project management team. Verify measurements for billing and assist in preparing client/contractor bills. Manage manpower allocation and ensure timely completion of tasks. Requirements: Diploma/B.E in Civil Engineering. 4–8+ years of experience in real estate or construction site management. Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing work, quality control, and safety. Ability to read drawings, plan site work, and handle technical challenges. Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, measurement sheets, and basic project documentation.
