Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Senior Site Engineer. The Senior Site Engineer will manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, collaborating with architects and contractors, managing project budgets, and preparing reports. The role requires the ability to address on-site issues efficiently and ensure that projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in construction management, structural engineering, and site analysis
• Proficiency in project planning, understanding blueprints, and technical documentation
• Expertise in safety protocols, quality control, and risk assessment in construction projects
• Skilled in communication, team leadership, and collaboration with diverse teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Professional Engineer certification) are a strong advantage
• Previous experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects is highly desirable
