IR/HR head

As the Head of Industrial Relations (IR) / Human Resources (HR) at our reputed client's organization based in Sanand, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in managing wage agreements, union relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives in an industrial environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Proven expertise in Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR) - Hands-on experience in wage negotiations and union handling - Exposure to land matters, compliance, and contract management - Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements - Familiarity with GIDC and AUDA Acts Ideally, you should be a resident of Sanand or its vicinity to effectively fulfill the duties of this leadership position.
