Customer Service & Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the internal sales support, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts. Provide basic technical guidance on parts application and maintenance if required. Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit accurate Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) outlining sales achieved, customer visits, new leads, market intelligence, and challenges faced. (As detailed in the previous response). Maintain a detailed customer database including contact information, purchase history, and fleet details. Manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from assigned accounts. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred), Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant business/sales discipline.
