Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi for a Service Sales Manager. In this role, the individual will develop and execute sales strategies for IT services, engage with clients to understand their requirements, and customize solutions to meet their business demands. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks involve market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and regularly updating performance metrics and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Service Sales, Relationship Management, and Customer Engagement.
• Proficiency in developing Sales Strategies, Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Networking, and Security Solutions.
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in an on-site role within the IT services domain is advantageous.
