Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers at different stages of their problem-solving journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the engagement effort by providing valuable solutions from problem definition to deployment - Reviewing proposals, providing guidance, and analyzing solutions to identify risks and issues - Identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches for clients - Coaching team members, providing subject matter training, and motivating them for high performance - Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver quality consulting solutions In addition, you should have the following qualifications: - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership - Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Industry domain knowledge, especially in two or three sectors - Understanding of financial processes and various pricing models for projects - Client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC, and agile methodologies - Project and team management experience If you possess the technical skills in ITSM, Service Now, ServiceNow ITOM Tools, and SNOW, along with the preferred skills mentioned, you are the perfect fit to assist clients in their digital transformation journey at Infosys.,
