Job Title: Service Supervisor – Two-Wheeler GarageCompany: GO Garage Industry: Automobile Service (Two-Wheeler) Job Type: Full-Time | Target-Based Role 📍 Location:Navi Mumbai: Vashi Pune: Wakad & Hinjewadi (Maharashtra) Job Summary:GO Garage is hiring an experienced Service Supervisor to manage end-to-end branch operations at our two-wheeler service centers. The role requires strong customer handling, mechanic team management, and service target achievement, similar to a Service In-Charge at an authorized two-wheeler dealership. Key Responsibilities:🔧 Branch & Service Operations:Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth service flow Monitor job cards, service quality, TAT, and delivery commitments Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness are maintained 👨‍🔧 Mechanic & Team Management:Supervise mechanics, helpers, and service advisors Allocate jobs, monitor productivity, and reduce rework Train and guide mechanics to improve efficiency and quality 🤝 Customer Handling:Handle walk-in customers, service complaints, and escalations Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Explain service work, estimates, and additional repairs clearly 🎯 Targets & Revenue:Achieve monthly service revenue and productivity targets Upsell value-added services and consumables Control costs, wastage, and workshop expenses 📊 Reporting & Coordination:Daily reporting of service performance and branch KPIs Coordinate with HO for inventory, manpower, and process updates Support audits and internal reviews Eligibility & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as Service In-Charge / Service Supervisor / Workshop Manager Must have worked in a Two-Wheeler Authorized Dealership or Large Service Center Strong knowledge of 2W service operations, spare parts & diagnostics Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language Comfortable working in target-driven environment Preferred Candidate:Experience in multi-brand or dealership workshop Leadership mindset with hands-on operational approach Ready to handle pressure and multiple branches if required Compensation:Salary: As per industry standards (no bar for the right candidate) Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives
