Service Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Service Operations for SMT machines, primarily Fuji platforms (e.g., NXT, NXTR series).
• Install, commission, and support Fuji SMT lines at customer sites with minimal downtime.
• Supervise a team of field service engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex service and maintenance issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and audits to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain strong communication with Fuji Japan for technical updates and escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, and Engineering) for seamless customer support.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation as per company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical training to internal teams and customer personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in SMT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.
• In-depth knowledge of Fuji platforms: NXTR, NXT series, feeders, placement heads, and vision systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software aspects of SMT machines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required (domestic and possibly international).
• Familiarity with IPC standards and SMT process optimization is a plus.
• Experience with other SMT brands (e.g., Panasonic, Yamaha, ASM) is advantageous.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

• Fuji Certified Engineer (if applicable)
• IPC-A-610 or equivalent SMT standards training
