Scope of Work

To run the all India service teams centrally

·       Set up and streamline workflows for preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, battery swaps, and vehicle refurbishments

Team Management:

Service MIS:

·       Implement systems for logging, tracking, and resolving service tickets with real-time visibility.

·       Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, checklists, and audit frameworks for service operations.

·       Act as the escalation point for critical service issues from field teams, customers, or channel partners.
