Experience: 8+ years Scope of Work · To run the all India service teams centrally · Set up and streamline workflows for preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, battery swaps, and vehicle refurbishments · Team Management: Hire, train, and manage Service Engineers (Technical). · Service MIS: Monitor and maintain Service MIS to address real-time issues and enhance tech/product functionality. · Implement systems for logging, tracking, and resolving service tickets with real-time visibility. · Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, checklists, and audit frameworks for service operations. · Act as the escalation point for critical service issues from field teams, customers, or channel partners. · Performance & Compliance: Ensure team performance aligns with electrical codes and standards. · Stock Management: Maintain stock availability and collaborate with the Supply team to meet operational needs. · Tools & Technology: Equip the team with the latest tools and technology for optimal performance.
