Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation and commissioning of Fiber Laser Cutting Machines at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues .
• Provide on-site repair services and replace defective parts/components when required.
• Offer technical guidance and training to customers on machine operation and safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, and daily visit logs .
• Coordinate with the head office/service team for escalations and spare parts requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and safety protocols.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Fresher experience as a Service Engineer (experience in CNC/Fiber Laser Cutting Machines will be preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and CNC controls .
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals .
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently (Delhi NCR outstation as required).
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.
