Location: Delhi NCR (with travel across India as required) Job Type: Full-Time | Field Job Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support for Fiber Laser Cutting Machines , including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services at customer sites and factories. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and other locations across India to ensure excellent customer support and machine performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation and commissioning of Fiber Laser Cutting Machines at customer sites. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues . Provide on-site repair services and replace defective parts/components when required. Offer technical guidance and training to customers on machine operation and safety practices. Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, and daily visit logs . Coordinate with the head office/service team for escalations and spare parts requirements. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, service standards, and safety protocols. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. Fresher & experience as a Service Engineer (experience in CNC/Fiber Laser Cutting Machines will be preferred). Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and CNC controls . Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals . Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel frequently (Delhi NCR & outstation as required). Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.
