Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A minimum of CCNA certification is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Execution:

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define services scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones to guide delivery timelines and deadlines.

4. Resource Management:

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently.
6. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may impact timelines.

7. Risk Management:

8. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
9. Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success.

10. Stakeholder Communication:

11. Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders at all project stages.
12. Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations.

13. Quality Assurance:

14. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
15. Conduct thorough testing and validation of project outcomes.

16. Team development:

17. o  Support and mentor team members to promote a collaborative work environment

18. Customer Satisfaction:

19. o  The candidate ensures the final products or services meet client expectations and requirements, fostering positive relationships and repeat business

20. Documentation:

21. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deliverables and handover

Technical Skill Set:

1. CCNA Certification:

• Hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

1. Networking Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with network engineers and IT professionals.

1. Software Tools:

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• Experience with task tracking, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and skills as a service delivery manager Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
