Job Description

Dynamix is looking for Service Delivery Coordinator (Customer Onboarding) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.
Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of service delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer onboarding or service delivery.
Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with service delivery management tools and technologies.
