Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in the customer onboarding department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service delivery coordination and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility



  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues.

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service delivery coordination or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of service delivery principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with customer onboarding software and tools is an asset.
