Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in the customer onboarding department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service delivery coordination and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.

Develop and implement effective onboarding plans to meet customer needs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional communication.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in service delivery coordination or a related field.

Strong knowledge of service delivery principles and practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience with customer onboarding software and tools is an asset.
