SEO Specialist – B2B & B2C Growth

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

Experience: 3–5 years

Working Days: 6 days/week (2 Saturdays WFH, 2 Saturdays onsite)

Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist at Visa2Fly, you'll play a critical role in scaling organic growth across

our B2C and B2B platforms. You'll own the SEO strategy end-to-end—driving visibility,

search rankings, and qualified traffic through a mix of technical SEO, content optimization,

and competitive analysis. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and a

deep understanding of search engine dynamics.


What You’ll Do

● Plan and execute the overall SEO strategy across both B2C (consumer visas, travel

content) and B2B (corporate travel/HR visa solutions) verticals.

● Perform in-depth keyword research, site audits, and competitor benchmarking to

identify growth opportunities.

● Optimize existing website pages, landing pages, and blogs for better crawlability,

indexability, and rankings.

● Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to implement SEO best

practices across campaigns and site structure.

● Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google

Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

● Drive backlink strategies, domain authority growth, and local SEO for geo-targeted

pages.


● Stay up to date with algorithm changes and search trends to ensure long-term SEO

health.


What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

● 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in startups or high-growth

D2C/B2B environments).

● Proven success in improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

● Strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

● Familiarity with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Tag

Manager.

● Understanding of HTML/CSS, site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web

Vitals.


Bonus Points

● Experience in travel-tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS domains.

● Prior collaboration with content teams or experience in content-led SEO strategies.

● Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
