SEO Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.

● Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, analysts, and content strategists.

● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.

● Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including meta tags, URL structures, and backlink strategies.

● Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital efforts.

● Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

● Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

● Develop and oversee link-building strategies and outreach efforts.

● Prepare and present detailed performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

● Troubleshoot SEO issues and provide actionable solutions to improve search rankings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.

● Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.

● Strong knowledge of SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.

● Experience with technical SEO, including site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimization.

● Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in relation to SEO.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and leadership abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,124.96 - ₹40,457.10 per month
