Sales Manager – Digital Sales & Online Business Development
(For a candidate with a proven track record of business development through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and Online Channels)
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, prospect, and convert leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and inbound lead nurturing.
● Build and manage a sales pipeline, from initial outreach to closing deals.
● Develop personalized sales strategies for different industries based on market research and client needs.
● Conduct online sales presentations, product demos, and client consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms.
● Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and sales activity tracking.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
● Develop and execute LinkedIn automation and email marketing campaigns to reach decision-makers effectively.
● Stay updated on digital sales trends, marketing technologies, and industry best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience in online business development, LinkedIn sales, and email outreach.
● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
● Experience using Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and email marketing automation.
● Ability to write compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages that convert.
● Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Previous experience in selling digital marketing, SaaS, or software development services is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,338.93 - ₹55,296.10 per month
