SEO Team Lead

InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven and highly skilled SEO Team Lead with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of SEO professionals and oversee all SEO initiatives — from strategy and planning to execution and reporting — to improve rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide the SEO team to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Perform detailed keyword research and collaborate with content teams for optimization opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs for on-page SEO.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for necessary implementations.
• Plan and execute high-quality link-building and outreach campaigns (off-page SEO).
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO goals are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of SEO professionals.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,930.51 - ₹35,893.28 per month
