Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a

  4-member pod (3 Video Creators & 1 Content Writer)

  for multi-niche short-form content production.
• Conduct

  SEO/keyword research

  to identify high-potential niches, trending topics, and video ideas.
• Optimize content for

  YouTube SEO, Facebook algorithms, and Instagram engagement

  .
• Manage

  thumbnails, metadata, hashtags, and posting schedules

  for maximum reach.
• Track analytics across all channels/pages and provide

  daily/weekly performance reports

  .
• Plan, test, and optimize

  paid campaigns

  (boosted reels, YouTube ads) for rapid growth.
• Build and execute strategies for

  monetization

  (ads, affiliates, sponsorships).
• Mentor Video Creator and Content Writer for productivity and quality standards.
• Stay updated with

  global short-video trends

  and platform monetization policies.
• Scale operations by helping onboard and train additional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to grow

  YouTube channels and FB pages

  organically.
• Strong knowledge of

  digital analytics tools

  (YT Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
• Experience in

  campaign optimization

  (SEO, SMM, SEM).
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend growth strategies.

• Experience:

  3-6 years in SEO/Digital Marketing with a proven track record.
