Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist with strong expertise in On-Page SEO and Content Optimization, along with a solid understanding of Off-Page SEO fundamentals. The role focuses on improving page-level performance, rankings, and conversions while supporting authority-building efforts through ethical off-page practices.

You will own on-page execution end-to-end and collaborate with content, design, and development teams, while also contributing to link-building strategy and backlink quality analysis.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Own and execute on-page SEO across blogs, landing pages, and core website pages
• Perform keyword research and search intent mapping for content and page optimization
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, images, and content structure
• Improve CTR, engagement, and conversions through SEO-led page enhancements
• Implement schema markup and structured data where applicable
• Audit existing pages to identify content gaps, cannibalization, and optimization opportunities

Off-Page SEO

• Support ethical link-building strategies focused on quality and relevance
• Analyze backlink profiles and identify opportunities for authority growth
• Assist in outreach planning and off-page SEO reporting
• Monitor spam links and participate in backlink hygiene activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3–5 years of SEO experience, with strong emphasis on on-page SEO
• Good understanding of off-page SEO concepts and link-building best practices
• Expertise in keyword research, internal linking, and content optimization
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz
• Strong English writing and communication skills (UK audience exposure preferred)
• Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
