Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and performance-oriented SEO & PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO strategies and executing PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and achieve conversion goals. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages Monitor and report on website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and best practices Pay-Per-Click (PPC): Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) Prepare performance reports and present insights for continuous improvement Maintain ad budgets and bidding strategies Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–5 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (preferred) Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives Collaborative and growth-focused work environment Opportunities to work on international projects Skill development and career advancement support Show more Show less
